Slide the Light Off You
As promised, the evening of the 21st finds the Jormun hosting a party on Ensō's largest beachfront. Near immediately, it should be clear that they've spared absolutely no expense when it comes to showing their story-walker brethren a good time.
Of course, they may also be...showing off a little.
Large slabs of driftwood have been laid out to form impromptu tables, bristling with the Jormun's culinary expertise: fried squid, seaweed wraps, spicy pickled kelp, kebabs of roasted eel, hard-boiled snapling eggs, and so on. The vegetables and meats of the sea have been laid out for all to enjoy, so tuck in!
Throughout the evening the air will be filled with the sound of music, with multiple Jormun eager to show off their skill in instrumentation. Conch-shell horns, carved driftwood flutes, urchin-needle harps, and countless more contraptions engineered by a deep sea-dwelling people fill the air with the most peculiar but nonetheless not unpleasant sound. Most of the bands will be set up in the shallow waters, however, as their instruments are not made to be used in open air - try playing them above the surface of the water at your own risk.
Of course, there's plenty more to entertain even the most difficult of people.
You're Living the Strobe Light
Those interested in proving their strength and skill will be encouraged to enter one of the many tournaments across the shoreline. The tournaments vary, featuring such challenges as play fights with the schlacknorkcvic to prove who is the greatest warrior, timed events to see who can stay on a bucking tigershark for the longest, and even a tourney of brovonkosshk, a board game somewhat similar to chess. Don't see anything you're interested in? Make your own. If you can think it, the Jormun will happily accommodate it - impromptu challenges are the highlight of such evenings, after all, though the Jormun won't be taking any responsibility for the first poor soul that decides to usher in a drinking contest.
A small variety of walker games are also available. Jormun children are more than eager to play such games as hide-and-seek or red light, green light, while Connor Murphy will be bringing his Cards Against Humanity deck, for those ready to completely screw with the idea of a fourth wall. There's even a game of Spin the Bottle... except the bottle is being spun overhead like a mace. Being hit by said bottle requires you to do a stupidly ridiculous task, so perhaps it's best to avoid that particular adaptation...
And of course, there's the lightshow.
Additionally, skilled Jormun will be happy to assist those who care to dress up for the event with intricate applications of shellivthiss - a style of waterproof body paint that is not only bright, but luminescent. Something the Jormun may forget to mention, however, is how similar shellivthiss is to henna; should you decide to get all dolled up, except to shine bright light a diamond for weeks to come.
Lastly, those who wanted to bring their own adventures are welcome to as well! Supplying some dope roast? Bringing those sweet, sweet greens? Have some alcohol to supply? All is welcomed by the Jormun - and undoubtedly, your fellow adventurers as well.

The Knight | OTA
[ The Knight can be found in all sorts of places; standing in the shallows to enjoy the Jormun's music, participating in the play-fighting tournaments, even eating and drinking (though how they consume anything is, as always, a mystery, as it just seems to go under the mask). As the evening wears on, they can even be found just sitting under the stars, wrapped in a blanket and apparently taking a rest from the festivities.
They do, however, look...different. Though they're still clearly recognisable - the horned mask, in particular, is impossible to mistake - the most notable thing about their apparent new form is that they're easily six feet tall.
And somewhat clumsy, still, but to their credit they're quick enough to catch themselves when they stumble, which is often. Aside from that significant change, they're the same as always, happy to greet people with enthusiasm, offer someone passing by a drink or some food, or even to challenge fellow islanders in the various entertainments available. ]
B. glowing for weeks
[ Though the Knight mostly stays away from the lightshows, more out of a desire to not disturb them than anything else, they've become enamored with the shellivthiss that the Jormun are offering. At a certain point in the evening, they can be caught listening intently to being instructed on how to handle the paint themselves, already glowing with intricate markings all over their mask and body.
If you happen to want to be painted too - or are maybe just passing by - the Knight is willing to assist. This is probably the most enthusiastic they've been in a while, and it's a welcome relief after the events of the last few months. ]

Left alone. Alone with the soft, glowing tide. He'd never been a fan of water-- it was..er, just never easy to fly in, and sometimes flying is all he has. Sometimes, people depending on him is really people just depending on his cloak, and as long as it's helpful, Otus is there for it. Eager to help. Happy to help, even.
He has a small, glowing dot on the back of his gauntlet. In fact, he's been watching it for a few minutes now, eyes glittering reflectively against it. Thinking about how a smaller, more artistic friend would love something like this. And so...he sets off on his adventure to find the Knight.
It's short-lived when he finds the Knight quickly-- and...so tall. This has been somewhat recent-- but it is obviously still his friend. The mask, the mannerisms, all of it...a good friend in his ultimate (read: tol) form. Otus lands before him, waving his arms around to get the Knight's attention, and eagerly holding out the back of his hand for his friend to see!!

He has stayed away from the ocean however. To many bad memories, although the man could appreciate how beautiful it looked compared to the lifeless beach he fought the Orphan of Kos on.
The Knight is almost passed over in the crowd but the Hunter can't help but squint. He's chilled somewhat with the less human people on the islands but he swears he knows this one somehow.

[Ren's getting lit. At some point during this super fun evening, she found out these nice ocean people are offering this treasure painting service and she's 200% on board. The second she finds one of the paint hoarding Jormun, she has them cover every patch of exposed skin in various designs-arms, face, hair, neck, feet, nails, in this ridiculous paint. She has become one with the treasure world and is beyond thrilled to be this bright. Too bad she didn't think this through-it's going to make hiding difficult.
Which she is apparently trying to do? Throughout this party, a bright threat lurks and she makes attempts to sneak up on people while their backs are turned. For what purpose? Who knows, but she's glowing like a nightlight and it's unlikely 99% of the population can't see her ass coming from a mile away.]
B
[With her sneaky plans repeatedly foiled by her new sparkly skin, she gives up whatever dumb game she had been playing earlier for a quieter activity. There's a couple cute, handmade cards spread out in front of her cat and Ren's palm is over the equally adorable deck. Some kind of game is occurring, though it seems to be happening telepathically because there's a dead silence between them. It's a showdown?? For what?? Who knows. Her life is a mystery.
At various points someone can find them in this position with Ren waiting for some kind of sign and the happy cat simply flipping his tail back and forth. The pile of rocks in the middle of their playing field gets increasingly larger as time goes on and when the kitty goes to play with the card's paper edge, she flips one over from the deck and says, regardless of the number or sign on it-]

[It's not a dope roast, but it's a dope something and it counts. After Ren lost her entire rock savings to a cat, she decides to amble around the party, offering delicious pieces of coconut cake to people.
The problem? She pulls small, smashed pieces out of her pocket to hand out, all with a huge smile. Enjoy. It's delicious?? And also covered in leaves and pocket lint. It's fine.]

[Bubble Girl! Jaune's face brightened almost enough to rival the paint he was wearing when he recognized her. He waved and made his way down to say hi, but it looked like she was deeply engrossed in something.
But he doesn't... He doesn't understand. He just stands there, face blank, eying the cat, then Ren, then cat, then Ren, then the cards...]

[Sure, what harm was there in a little fighting? Jaune sorely needed the practice, so he walks up, wondering who his opponent is. It's just for fun, right? No one's going to get seriously injured.

[At some point while marveling the lightshow, Jaune has laid on his back in the shallow waves, watching the light swirl and recede like millions of microgalaxies. He's withdrawn, paint and alcohol making him feel like he's melted in one piece of an ocean of lights.]

Prompto enjoyed some of the beverages - mostly non-alcoholic, luckily - and would have spent more time withdrawn with his bros if it weren't for the weird date thing they had going on. So he enjoyed some of the spicy brrshavak instead, looking for things to do.
Finally, gathering up his courage, he enthusiastically trotted up to the nearest similar-aged girl and asked, "Hey, you wanna dance?"
B - OTA
Prompto suggested a tournament with throwing darts, since it happened to be his area of expertise and it was fun to show off something. A board was made from some wood and stained just well enough to make out what it was supposed to be, and they put together a range where the darts had to be thrown from.
Still, much as he wanted to flaunt his skill, it was a friendly game. After playing a round with a curious Jormun child, and getting two by the center and one in the center, he stopped to give the kid some pointers on how to aim. He stayed encouraging, and when the kid decided to move on to the next thing he casually invited the next person over to play.
C - OTA
Inspired by his time finding Jormun kids on the islets, Prompto had brought Coco along and was offering rides to kids. Of course, he didn't want to overwork Coco, so he kept a close eye on the chocobo to make sure he wasn't exhausted. But, in the meantime, he tried to teach him how to properly be a mount.
Despite being nervous around women, he seemed to be eager to get along with the kids and his exaggerated and boyish nature gave him a slight advantage there. Naturally, he was happy to give rides to other kids or short people as well, and he was always open to talking about chocobos.
D - OTA
No doubt at any time during the party it would be possible to find Prompto snapping a picture. Especially at night, when everything was glowing and he partook in smearing lines of shellivthiss on his face, he did his best to capture all of the beautiful patterns and shining lights.
It was possible he was taking a picture of you.
Look he's not a girl but Prom, this is sad

So eventually, even more brazen than usual thanks to the lovely rakvrhak, he comes over to Prompto, slings an arm around his shoulders and leans into him a little more heavily than he normally might. "Look Prom you gotta own it. Girls like confidence. So just..." He steps back, snatches Prompto by the hand and tugs him forward. Gladio's other hand settles on his waist and he grins, reckless and eager.
"Shall we?" It's a little lower, a little rougher than how he was speaking a moment before, something suggestive in the tone already. And unless Prompto flails away Gladio's going to take the lead and sweep him off into the unofficial dance... floor? Section of beach.

Jules Dagger Samari - Open-ish
A. Missing Family
The night was supposed to be spent celebrating, but Jules didn't really feel celebratory. It was really about the last thing he wanted to do. The pain of his dreams still hasn't faded. While he was good at hiding that pain still, ever since meeting Ushara he has become more used to sharing the pain of his past. The fact that he was alone is more poignant than ever at the moment. He curled up at the edge of the firelight and can't help fingering two roughly braided bracelets on his wrist. The light was too dim to tell for sure, but neither one looks like a color that would belong to a man. Eventually he pulled out his link and started flipping through the pictures that had survived his arrival here. Hopefully the light of the screen won't attract too much attention.
B. Body Painting
Later in the night the glowing surf caught Jullien's attention and he can't help investigating. It didn't take him long to realize whatever is making the glow - likely algae, though he can't be sure - stuck to whatever it touched. Missing his family too much to realize it probably wasn't the best of ideas, Jullien began using it to paint the Samari and Altaan lineage tattoos over his body. It wasn't like he was known for good decision making anyway.
B. Body Painting
And just as he can't see the lights in the water, Ignis can't see the patterns Dagger is drawing on his body, though, even if he could, it's not likely he would say anything. Not with all the work that Gladio and Ardyn ended up doing to his own. At least he managed to talk them into letting him put his shirt back on once the paint dried. Still, the shirt is light colored and the blue and green paint show through it at times.

[Even though Kravitz still isn't much for parties, the lack of resources in general means he certainly isn't going to pass up any additional hospitality. Being chased around by kids for a few days works up a thirst, and Kravitz can be found with a glass of that wine in hand standing near the band on the shoreline. He seems to be gesturing a bit with his hand down to his side to the beat of the music.
Well, he did once have musical aspirations, after all. But perhaps that ship has sailed. Instead, he'll just stand here, sipping his drink and enjoying the tunes... even if he's doing that in a suit and probably looking pretty intimidating.

[So, the issue that Kravitz did not expect is that being in a living body for the first time in many years means that things like alcohol affect him. Previously, he could casually drink some wine and chill out with a book and not feel a damn thing. Now, the combination of being horribly mortal and much too strong spirits means that he is, entirely by accident, completely off his ass.
Somehow, he's still good at carrying a conversation, but he's moved among a pillow pile with his limbs splayed out and a drink in hand. His face is flushed, but he's grinning at seemingly nothing as he stares over at the lights in the ocean, entranced by the shore.
He's fine. He's doing so fine.]

Mira | OTA
She isn't particularly accustomed to parties, so initially, Mira stays at the firepits. It's cozy and warm, and she likes the music--it's nothing she's ever heard, but that's never a bad thing. Mostly, she's just content to watch everyone and listen to the music, to soak in the warmth of the fire and everyone's positive feelings. She's letting herself reach out, just slightly, to feel the edges of it. She's not actively seeking anyone out, but she's never averse to talking.

And then she gets hungry. Mira finds herself wandering over to the spread of food, and there's so much, she's not sure where to begin. She is delighted by the eel kebabs, and she takes several of those... but she's trying everything. If anyone approaches, she looks at them with a smile.
"It smells good... doesn't it?"

Eventually, she finds the drinks. Mira isn't the type to drink, but she can't help but try a little bit of the rakvrhak. It's good, and she's always had a weakness for plums. The mixture of good food, alcohol, the warmth of the fires, and the general atmosphere is enough to make her feel calm and relaxed... and more likely to come up and talk to someone she doesn't know.
"Are you enjoying yourself? It's a lovely night, isn't it? Everyone's so happy."

Finally, all that excitement wears her out... and Mira ends up wrapping a blanket around herself. She's starting to doze off, too. Maybe someone should wake her up?

"Mira! Hello!" Pyrrha responds in a way very like her, smiling and waving perhaps a little too much. But she can't help feeling so great. She's awash in good emotions right now, the girl is practically glowing.
It may have something to do with the rakvrhak drink in her hands.
"It's just wonderful. I can't think of a better way to celebrate my first month in this world."

Gladio comes to the party sporting a brand new pair of leather pants. These are the teal of cariborn hide and look soft and supple in a way his commercially made black leather pants do not. There's gaps where they lace together up the outside of his legs and across the middle of his thighs. Pants and shorts in one go but for the time being he has the full pant legs attached. He is down for pretty much every athletic activity people can think of. It's nice to not have to worry about saving his energy for whatever might come try to kill them in the night.
B.
Eventually even Gladio has to step away from the festivities, plopping down by the bonfire as the sun is going down to shove some food (and no small amount of alcohol) in his face. He's got a little bit of everything and, honestly, it's all fresh and delicious and it might not be his normal fare but it's still fantastic, no matter how weird some of it might taste. Once he's done with his meal he goes over to the musicians, talking to them briefly, tapping out a little tune that used to come on the radio regularly.
And then he sidles back over to plop down next to his boyfriend, grinning and starting to sing something that a few others might find familiar.

The water begins to light up as night creeps in from the trees and Gladio has sat with one of the shellivthiss artists. It's a long detailed process, painting golden highlights that accent the eagle that covers so much of his upper body. By this time he's undone the laces of his pants, setting the lower portion aside to take home later and now his legs are streaked with flowing ruffled swirls of a pink and gold jellyfish. More pink swirls adorn one side of his face and coat his lower lip. All of it flashing bright under the fall of dark, loose hair.
And now that he's done up he has two small bowls carefully balanced in one hand, one glowing a soft pale blue, the other a vibrant rich green. He's heading for Ignis but if anyone stops him on his way he'd be happy to offer a little art of his own.

[Mostly he sits on the edge of the festivities, the lit end of a cigarette glowing a dim red in the dusk. He watches passively, unconcerned and uncommitted.]
[Eventually, he manages to get his hands on something a little more his speed - namely, one of the Jormun's instruments. Between the curving body of carved driftwood and slender strands of some kind of twine strung along its length, it more or less or resembles a harp.]
[Tim picks and plucks at the instrument, feeling it out bit by bit, wondering if, possibly, maybe, he might be able to convince the Jormun to allow him to keep it.]
[The elementary pluckings of someone learning an unfamiliar instrument trickles out across the hush of ocean waves, just far enough removed from the celebration to suggest that he doesn't expect anyone to notice.]

And the happiest.
So when he comes over to Tim he's swaying a little, just a little, and the soft sand doesn't help but compared to the finely honed warrior from earlier in the month this is like looking at a different person. He grins and spills himself carelessly onto the sand at Tim's feet, laughing at himself.

Pyrrha | OTA
[To say that Pyrrha was floored by the sights and sounds of the party when she arrived would be an understatement. There's simply so much to do! An excellent want to celebrate her first month in this new place.
At the beginning of the party, Pyrrha can be found sitting on some of the cushions provided by the Jormun, drinking a molkavarr, and gently bobbing her head to the music. If you're someone she knows, she'll wave you down, give you a big smile.
...Later, you can catch Pyrrha at one of the driftwood tables, gathering a good sized plate of food while she chats animatedly with someone beside her.]
...And then she pre-engaged me! I didn't even know that was a thing!
[If the scent of alcohol on her breath isn't enough to get across that she's currently working through a rakvrhak, her gentle swaying might help provide a clue to her weakened inhibitions.]
B: Time to leave the doubt behind
[Probably before the "later" portion of the last prompt, Pyrrha noted that there were little fighting tournaments going on! As much as she thought that sort of thing was behind her, a little friendly competition was beginning to look like an exciting way to spend the evening.
She stands tall and proud as she often does, at least until she meets her opponent. Then she breaks out the bright smile.]

[Body paint, or similar artistic expressions were not foreign to Pyrrha. Such things existed on Remnant, of course. But she had never taken part in the activity there on account of being busy with other things. Here? There were no such obligations.
She sits quietly for the shellivthiss. Both her arms are looking by the end, and she's all too happy to show it off. Which includes when she wades out into the water, during the lightshow.
She stands there, almost knee-deep, watching the waves recoil and recede, billions of lights flickering below and above her. Her gaze turns up to the stars, searching, hoping.]

He was a lot better at parties than he had been at the first one he had attended back in the Tower, but he would still rather sit quietly and watch.

[Laurent can be found around the party, though it takes him a while to warm up to it. Mostly he watches the festivities, though he samples the food and -eventually- goes a few rounds in the tournament ring.
He begs out after a few matches, but if you’re around in that window of time you’ll see he’s not as sheltered as he looks. He looks very diminutive next to the sea-people, but the greener Jormun warriors are utterly trounced. So much for that.
Experienced fighters can pick out signs of a swordsplay technique that’s not only advanced, but centered around fighting larger and stronger opponents. It doesn’t seem like he’s looking to spar with the islanders, but you can always try cajoling him into a fight. Or give him constructive criticism, whatever.]

[You probably missed the start of this since it’s been like, forty-five minutes. But tl;dr it’s been forty-five minutes and the spectating Jormun are going batshit, cheering for the Story-walker who’s been wrangling a tigershark for that amount of time.
Honestly, he’s thought about Damen wrestling a tigershark (clothes optional) ever since it came up while talking to that Walmart elf, and he’d thought his dreams might come true here? But no. A few days after Munin’s announcement he remembered what actually went down at the okton, and now he’s here. Because he never gets to rest. Laurent needs to network with the Jormun anyway and clearly, doing some ridiculous dumbfuck stunt is the way to do it.
It’s at about now that the magnificent predator stumbles to a halt in the shallows, too exhausted to struggle further. Its rider holds on for half a minute more, panting together with the animal, before he slides off and starts the victory walk back to the beach. The Jormun watching are ecstatic. That was incredible, for a Story-walker who was delicate-looking and not very big and had hair kind of like a jellyfish.
He’s walking slow, probably because tigershark wrangling is tiring, but is he… isn’t the angle of his arm a little odd? And is it just you, or is he favoring one leg a bit too much?

He watches quietly from the sidelines, it's not something he's seen before, someone physically wrestling such a large animal and he's not sure... why. There doesn't seem to be any real point to the activity and it seems to be very dangerous for just a game...
Games could be and often were deadly of course but the Jormun did not strike Shion as being people who wished the islanders harm. As Laurent walks away from the sea he notes the arm and the limp and makes his way through the crowd, his first aid kit is in his bag, were it always is and he shrugs it off his shoulders.]

[ Parties aren't really my thing, she'd told Munin when she - he? they? - had asked for her advice on human celebrations. Or she'd at least thought it, if she'd been too polite to say it out loud.
But she'd also promised to come, because when a mysterious half-snake-half-fish alien declares you an ally and throws you a party, that's what you do. And she has to admit she's impressed. Food, drink, music - everything she'd told the Jormun a party needed, it was there. And the beach itself is beautiful, the sun setting over the ocean a beautiful backdrop to the cheery firepits and colorful cushions.
The food smells good, too, and looks like a nice change from what she's been eating, which mostly consists of bludroc she'd killed and roasted herself over the fire outside her shack. Still...She hesitates, eyeing the buffet apprehensively and murmuring to the person at her side. ]
Do I want to know what all this is, or is it better not to ask?

[ CT's never been an artist, but everything she ever has been - soldier, mercenary, spy - is irrelevant here on the islands. Her old life is gone, and as difficult as it is sometimes, she's at least trying to embrace this new one, for however long she'll be here.
She figures body paint is a good place to start. She can just wash it off tomorrow, right? So she's sitting on the sand with one leg propped up in front of her, leaning over with intense concentration as she paints abstract designs onto her calf. She glances up once she senses the presence of someone else, looking faintly embarrassed. ]
They'll apply it for you, but I figured...might as well try it myself, right?

Taako| Ota
Taako is, as always, unwilling to miss a chance to shine. In this case quite literally, thanks Jormun for bedazzling this horrible elf, it's what he's always wanted.
A less literal chance to shine is that old standby, the ice cream booth. Ingratiating to land-dweller and Jormun alike, hopefully. The flavor selection is better this time: real chocolate, a kind of banana ice cream? Classic Coconut. This One's Got Caramel. This one's chocolate and spice, he's heard the Jormun might be into that. Go for it, it's not that hot.

B. Taako surfs
Once the night is well and truly going, the call of the glowing waves becomes too much for Taako. He can be seen cutting loose on a medium-rustic surfboard, inasmuch as these fairly calm waves allow any loose-cutting, anyway. Probably for the best the water isn't rougher, since his skills have taken a bit of a hit. This is more about the aesthetics anyway. Glowy elf, glowy water, even the board glows now.
Catch him hanging out in the shallows taking a break. Ask to try it. Heckle him and hope he drowns. The choice is yours.
C. Taako Taketh Away
Hopefully the ice cream was very ingratiating. Because what Taako can be found doing later...is questionable at best. But listen, these blankets and cushions are like party favors, right? Under the influence of all three major Jormun beverages mixed together (heavy on the plum stuff, though tequila or mezcal would have been the ideal), this seems like sound logic. There's no way to sneakily Levitate away a heap of textile wares while glowing like a limited edition Lisa Frank binder, so he's just. Doin it.
No way has he got 500 pounds of the stuff going, though. Still plenty of capacity. Does anybody want a ride, or to talk him out of this?

She waves her hands at him on occasion so he knows she's still watching, making sure he doesn't get lost at sea, clapping and hopping on her feet when he manages to ride some of the waves and being the best gosh darn supervisor she can be. Whenever he decides to come back, she celebrates with an enthusiastic, happy noise, accompanied with some kind of point total that's gotten higher and higher with every return. "That's 100 points! That's the best 'surf'-you did it!"

Guzma | OTA
[Man, these weird sea-people know how to party. Guzma really needed a day off like this, and taking care of them little rainbowshells was just good karma. Even's he's not so much of a brute to go around stomping on nests and poaching eggs or whatever... He may do the ocassional "bad deed" and slice off a Slowpoke tail here and there, but the things regrow 'em anyway and don't notice until a full day after the deed is done. Plus, they snap off their own tails in the wild, so...bah. That's neither here nor there. Fending off predators was an easy task and one he delighted in - hurling water at a group of Slypers, walloping a few centipuppies (despite it breaking his heart a little), and flinging rocks at hungry seabirds was a joy for this rowdy troublemaker.
Now he reaps the benefits. Laying on a huge beach carpet (which he intends to take, heck yes), back against perhaps three soft, fluffy pillows, Guzma is barely awake as he enjoys the cool air of the ocean and the gentle crackle of the fire nearby. Two empty plates lay beside him, as well as some mugs that are either empty or half full. That cocoa-like drink the Jormun have is pretty damn good if he may say so. No Tapu Cocoa, but it's a fair substitute. He's also going to see if he can snag a few recipes for those seaweed wraps and other foods. The more he can add to his repertoire, the better.
As he sighs out, slightly flushed in the face from a few sips of that potent tonic (and he can hold his drink), Guzma begins to hum a tune softly to himself, tapping his one foot to the beat as his eyes close with a content smile on his face. Man, he really needed something like this. When was the last time he actually got to relax to this extent? He's not asleep, but he sure looks to be dozing off, enjoying the sights, smells, and sounds around him. It almost feels like an old fashioned lu'au in Alola...]
We're Glowing Tonight
[OKay so the tournaments here? Awesome. Guzma has enjoyed wrestling the Jormun for hours, arm-wrestled a few, and has been flung off a tigershark at least six times and beaten his all-time record. He's sore, he's tired, and he's in fucking heaven. These are the people they deserve to call friends and allies, and he's already learned a few of their names to the best of his abilities to keep in touch if ever they appear on land again, giving them playful nicknames after fearsome or lovely looking ocean pokemon (Vaporeon, Sharpedo, Gyarados, Mareanie, Milotic, and more). In fact, many of the Jormun children were extremely interested in the ocean creatures of his own world, and after showing one or two his Pokedex, a whole flock of them came racing to see the numerous aquatic pokemon as well as this strange, metal marvel.
Thank goodness Guzma's gotten a whole lot better with kids, because some of the children were poking and prodding at his tattoos, and showing off their own glowing paint, asking him to draw the sign on their arms (because it looked cool) or elsewhere. Grinning ear to ear, Guzma happily obliged, painting his team's symbol to those that wanted and, of course...became the local face/body painter to the children. Such is the way of young children. At the very least he's gotten painted up himself, outlining his tattoos with the glowing ink and getting a glowing tattoo of his own on the back of his neck. Glowing for weeks? Heck yeah, bring it on. If this stuff could be bottled, he'd easily trade for it, absolutely. Maybe ask the Storyteller if it's available as an item to ask for.
Want a tattoo of your own? He'll absolutely do it, and is pretty skilled of his own right - just nothing stupidly intricate and detailed or he will draw a dickbutt on you and let you wallow in shame for weeks. Test him. Go ahead.]

We're Glowing Tonight
She's dirty-- sand and salty water against her ankles, her shirt, and even in her hair. It's obvious that she's been playing with the kids (and her other islanders!) and just..having a blast. She bumps into him, laughing, and falls back into a soft patch of sand, fingers crawling into the warm earth curiously. Endless sand. Honestly, Luna thought she'd be more tired of it by now-- but it's just...reminds her of home in all the right ways.
It's a good evening.
When she looks up, she catches a glimpse of the hand-drawn tattoo on Guzma's neck and!!! Her eyes light up!! Perhaps brighter than the sparkles themselves, wowie wow wow wow!! ]
That's amazing!! Did you draw that?! [ she starts standing up, arms spinning wildly around her sides to regain some balance until she's upright and a little closer to that fucking awesome design!! ] I want one too! How does it glow so bright??

Keith | OTA - Will match format
[He usually stuck to the edges of parties. Not this time. Keith had shed blood and sweat beside the Jormun. They'd sharpened weapons and worked together to push back the long night. He sits with them as the fires leap high and pays attention to the stories told about the siege and daring moments.
He's back there in the cold with the lights their only guide and orders on the wind. It had been terrible. But they all survived it. He produces Ember's shed feathers and isn't surprised to wind up with some woven into his hair again.
Throughout the stories passed around and talk of warriors...he's been drinking what is passed to him. The plumlike drink warms him up from the inside. It's after the third or fourth cup that he starts telling stories of his own. He leans forward and gestures with his hands to help paint the pictures.
He turns when he spots someone passing by. Keith smiles, eyes a little glassy because god is he drunk.] Hey, come on over. Story hour here.
[His words are slurred, but the sentiment is pretty friendly. For Keith overly so.]
You came back like a wave
[He likes the traditions of the Jormun. Challenges make him feel more alive. It's just play fighting with schlacknorkcvic. That doesn't matter at all. He wields the staff with precision and gives as good as he gets.
In turn, he teaches them cooldown exercises and when asked, shows a few blade tricks he learned from his fellow Blades. If challenged he spins his staff and motions his opponent to come at him. Or maybe one wants to dance with blades with him.
He spins on the sand, his blade flashing as it changes from knife to sword. He tosses it up and catches, sending it spinning off past the lights. Keith leaps, catching it on its return with a wild grin on his face.]
No idea what I'm doing now.
[It's because he's drunk that he lets them paint whorls and waves on his arms and sides of his neck ending in lines on either side of his face. Keith shakes his head and settles at the fire closest to the water to watch. It's breathtaking and incredible to see the lights dance in the sea. He leans forward, the paint on his arms making him look like a wave that crashed upon the shore.
One might catch him wandering closer. He never steps in or dares break the lights playing out in bursts and ripples that take as many patterns as there are stars in the sky. But after a while he just stands near the edge of the water, arms crossed over his chest and watches it.
Compared to his bright smiles and social attitude, he's winding down as the booze starts to get burnt off and his natural silence comes back.]
Sunshine Riptide
They are incapable of getting drunk but they are glowing, all covered in little circles. They also glow naturally, with a big bright eye and lots of glowy bits inside the hole in their chest, though it's not like that wouldn't have been obvious the first time they met him.)
