[Feel free to use this as a catch-all for whatever your character might conceivably be doing here. Are they loitering outside? Delivering supplies/food, or looking to share information about the city under the water? Helping improve the place because god knows it certainly needs it? Cooking? Socializing? Eating? Just wanting to booze it up? I've heard chatter of live music, so whatever you wanna do here, go for it! There are also some newer additions of rudimentary game boards and decks of cards to pass the time.]

I can still feel bad, yeah? I guess I didn't realize how dangerous it could be in the wrong place...

[but Rin smiles and holds up the fish string] So! I'm guessing there's probably not an ice chest here... Salt, or smoke?

I guess. [Changing the subject seems...safest.] You want ice, you can talk to Guzma. But...smoking's probably easiest.

[Do they even have salt? The elves might, but he's not certain of that.]

I can make some ice! But... it won't last very long, not without a way to keep it cool or insulate it. Smoking is probably the best. [Rin will find a knife or something else sharp and start filetting the fish] Who's Guzma? Oh! Did I introduce myself? I don't remember, that was a weird place we met... I'm Rin!

[Okay, okay, buddy. One thing at a time here.]

Guzma is a guy with...white hair, goggles? He's not here too often. But he's got this...friend of his that can make ice. [It's a pokemon, but Tim doesn't know if Rin is familiar with pokemon and he's not about to explain it. He is not the right guy to explain pokemon.]

Oh!! That's cool! Magic is really useful. If we could find some way to insulate, we might even be able to keep stuff refrigerated. But it's nice to meet you properly, Tim.

[Don't take his seeming lack of enthusiasm personally. It's the Depression.]

There was a kid who could keep things cold for us, but he went home. If you could figure out a way to make an icebox or fridge, that'd be pretty handy.

I can make plenty of ice! Uh... well... some... ice... anyway.... ehehe. But it's the keeping it cool part that's hard, isn't it...? I guess we don't have any styrofoam or anything....

I could always ask one from the Storyteller, if we need to. All you'd have to do is fill it up with ice if it ever runs out.

[That'd certainly save time and resources. He has no idea how one goes about making an icebox out of the bare essentials.]

Oooh, do you think they'd give us some? That'd be great! And if we could keep it in a box underground somewhere, that'd be even better!

I guess...I could try giving Denny a basement.
