June Event: Chaos, Chaos!
JUNE EVENT: CHAOS, CHAOS!
Who: Anyone and everyone!
What: It's just a little chaos...
When: June 17th - June 22nd
Where: Primarily Io, though also across Ensō and the islets if applicable
Warnings: Violence, possible body horror, potential anxiety and dysmorphia associated with body-swapping

Who Keeps Spinning the World Around?
The morning of June 17th, you'll probably notice things are amiss rather quickly. Your hands aren't your hands, or you're no longer in a squishy human flesh shape, or worse. Maybe your Lawful Good persona has plummeted into an outright Chaotic Evil one. Or maybe you wake up with a brand new power in your hands! Whatever the case is, no explanation is going to be immediately forthcoming, from Eleu or the Storyteller or anyone else. You'll have to figure out this mess on your own.
Adjust to your new circumstances, master your new powers, and do what you can to make it through the next few days...because they're going to be some very interesting ones, for certain.

Catch Me If You Can!
Come June 20th, whether you're back to normal selves or not, Eleu has a job for you. A request, even. They're going to need your help to take care of this little problem and put a stop to all this absolute madness.
Those interested in helping can get in touch with any of the honeybees buzzing anxiously about Io, and they will redirect you to the Honeycomb, which has now been provided with several barrels of Honeycomb Sledgehammers for your use. You don't have to take one if you don't need it, but they make a very powerful weapon. Additionally, Eleu will take care to assure that, in exchange for your help, you may keep the Sledgehammer, if you so choose.
Those interested in assisting may access our boss fight at its top-level below. This is a single thread with no order, but anyone may participate, regardless of their current state of being. Don't worry about how you contribute, or tag speed. Anyone who's concerned about being left out is welcome to reach out to us to handwave or backtag their involvement, if necessary!
The Clown Box is going to put up a fight, though. And it's not going to be pretty.

Not a thing.

[It's a squeakier tone of voice than normal, in a body that is different from normal. Because who knew if it actually was Texas or if it was someone else. At this point, Carolina doesn't have an idea.]
no subject
Do I know you?
no subject
Technically, yes.
[Although there is no way in hell she would guess. The body is completely different and the voice far too chipper despite attempts otherwise.]
... it's Carolina.
no subject
[ Tex hasn't encountered anyone who's traded bodies yet. This sounds insane to her. ]
How can you say it's Carolina? You look nothing like her.
no subject
Her lips do purse though.]
I woke up like this.
[Still sounding so very less than pleased as her nostrils flare.]
Need some proof? Fighting on the ship, you told me that "You can't win, Carolina, but you can come with me." I passed on the offer.
no subject
That'll do.
[ She frowns a little. ]
So you have no idea how to get back to normal.
no subject
She's had enough of this bullshit already in this tiny blue body, that she doesn't need to go dancing around bushes. Even now, her jaw tightens a little, trying to hold back the expression that says, would I still be like this if I did?]
No. I was going to see what was going on in my tent. The cottage? Notice anything strange there?
[As all Carolina had really been told was that all four of them were residing there now.]
no subject
I haven't been there in a little while.
I wonder if...
[ She huffs a little, inwardly. She hates the idea that there's magic in this place, but it's been proven to be a feature of the place. ]
I wonder if the Storyteller could help.
no subject
Maybe, but unlikely... If it's one of the quirks of this island, there's some stupid answer, or time.
[Of course, if it's not...]
no subject
You think so? I know some strange things happen here but I didn't know whether the Storyteller had control over it all.
[ She pauses, then sighs. ]
All right, so what do you want to do, if not visit him? You want to come back to the hut with me?
no subject
[All Carolina can think off is feeling the foliage growing inside her, feeling like she was choking, and Wash figuring out how to get rid of it.]
I was going to check to see what was going on at my own place.
no subject
[ Tex pauses a moment. ]
Let me know if you need any help with anything, I guess.
no subject
I- will do. Thanks. Although I suggest being alert, as who knows who else is messed up.
no subject
It doesn't do any good to take normality for granted around here.
[ No matter how little the amount of normality is. ]
no subject
When have we ever been normal anyway. Just another Monday.
[Or whatever day it was.]
no subject
That is very true.
no subject
[Like the fact that her armour is missing... That could pose a problem, especially if some idiot had it. With luck, it would be there, and she wouldn't find herself... Or does she want to find herself?
The whole situation is messed up.]
no subject
[ It's weird, to think of them working together, but definitely not bad.
Just weird. ]
no subject
[Because she has changed, and she can say that in the very least. A final nod, before she attempts to straighten herself to make her appear taller. There's no getting around this short form though as she starts off to where she's been living.]
