JUNE EVENT: CHAOS, CHAOS!
Who: Anyone and everyone!
What: It's just a little chaos...

Where: Primarily Io, though also across Ensō and the islets if applicable
Warnings: Violence, possible body horror, potential anxiety and dysmorphia associated with body-swapping

Who Keeps Spinning the World Around?
The morning of June 17th, you'll probably notice things are amiss rather quickly. Your hands aren't your hands, or you're no longer in a squishy human flesh shape, or worse. Maybe your Lawful Good persona has plummeted into an outright Chaotic Evil one. Or maybe you wake up with a brand new power in your hands! Whatever the case is, no explanation is going to be immediately forthcoming, from Eleu or the Storyteller or anyone else. You'll have to figure out this mess on your own.
Adjust to your new circumstances, master your new powers, and do what you can to make it through the next few days...because they're going to be some very interesting ones, for certain.

Catch Me If You Can!
Come June 20th, whether you're back to normal selves or not, Eleu has a job for you. A request, even. They're going to need your help to take care of this little problem and put a stop to all this absolute madness.
Those interested in helping can get in touch with any of the honeybees buzzing anxiously about Io, and they will redirect you to the Honeycomb, which has now been provided with several barrels of Honeycomb Sledgehammers for your use. You don't have to take one if you don't need it, but they make a very powerful weapon. Additionally, Eleu will take care to assure that, in exchange for your help, you may keep the Sledgehammer, if you so choose.
Those interested in assisting may access our boss fight at its top-level below. This is a single thread with no order, but anyone may participate, regardless of their current state of being. Don't worry about how you contribute, or tag speed. Anyone who's concerned about being left out is welcome to reach out to us to handwave or backtag their involvement, if necessary!
The Clown Box is going to put up a fight, though. And it's not going to be pretty.

[But Muffet's voice, at least, is unchanged.]
[She currently appears to be entirely human, and is looking quietly but exceedingly distressed about it. Her dignity is keeping her from panicking or swearing out loud, but she certainly wants to, on the inside. She's not too lost in her own problems to notice Amaterasu before she steps on her, but it's a close thing.]
Oh my, I'm terribly sorry. Are you all right?
[Species: wrong. Manners: still intact. Patience: steadily decreasing.]
no subject
...Ah. You too, hm? Though at the least, it seems Muffet has a better time of walking than Amaterasu does. She's also, erm...decidedly more clothed, probably. Ammy begins to whine loudly, looking down at herself, then at Muffet, and back again. Though she was a wolf before, Ammy knows enough about emotions to showcase them pretty clearly, and her face is one of frustration, irritation, confusion, and a clear cry for help.]
no subject
[She can, however, use the context to make a reasonable guess:]
You've been transformed too, haven't you. [She winces sympathetically, carefully kneeling down to speak to the poor woman without forcing her to crane her neck to look up.] This whole business seems quite a mess, is there anything I can do to help you?
no subject
Speaking of, Ammy holds her arms up toward Muffet (probably showcasing how very, uh...bare she is, whoops) and wriggles her fingers toward the woman. A lift would be nice, as well as a crutch...she needs a brace to learn how to walk - hell, to stand for more than a few seconds - in this form. There are no pads on her feet, either, so the broiling hot sand and tiny rocks and twigs are also going to be a hindrance until she gets some clothes on her...and maybe some sandals, or wraps for her soles.
Maybe they can get through this together, Human Transformation Suck Squad, go!]
no subject
Ah, of course, let me just... [Muffet seems to get what she's asking for quickly enough, and leans down to let Ammy get a good grip on her arm, bracing herself as she tries to help pull her up so she can lean on her shoulder.]
[She's having a bit more trouble than she expected, because humans don't usually tend to be as disproportionately strong for their size as spiders, and she's a pretty small woman. She does not appreciate this.]
no subject
Thankfully, Ammy isn't as solid as she is as a wolf, and she's actually fairly average-ish height for a human woman. There's a stumble in there, as the wolf-turned-woman wobbles when she forgets her knees bend differently now, and the grip on Muffet's shoulder is like a vice...to the point where it may be unintentionally painful, even.
She's going to need clothes, at some point, but the first steps will be...taking steps. Literally. Lead on, fair hero-maiden.]
no subject
[There's a dicey moment where she tries to steady herself with an arm that isn't there, but in the end she manages to stay balanced and let Ammy support herself.]
How in the Earth do they manage with so few limbs... [Sigh.]
Well, there we are. Now it's just a matter of moving forward, yes? [Trying to stay positive. She may not literally be made of magic and fluffy feelings right now, but keeping an optimistic viewpoint is probably still helpful. She hopes.]
One step at a time, I suppose. [Rather literally. She begins walking forward very carefully, giving Ammy time to try and move with her, letting her figure out the whole business at her own pace.]
no subject
Stumbling alongside Muffet, the going will be slow for a good few minutes, until Ammy builds up the strength in her new legs and knees and the confidence to actually put one foot in front of the other and not trip over herself. She keeps an eye on her feet, a not as smart move in hindsight, as she misses things that are directly ahead of her, and nearly trips over Muffet herself, but catches herself just in time.
Still, the grass and rocks are painful on her feet, and Ammy's also learning just how hot it can be without anything to, uh...cover oneself. She begins to breathe hard, and there's a sheen of sweat on her brow, and a bit of redness to her cheeks that isn't her tattoos. Oh...do, uh...do humans not regulate their temperature by panting? That's dumb.
Human bodies are just dumb.]
no subject
[It takes Muffet a little bit longer than she'd care to admit to realize what the issue is- she's not feeling terribly well in this heat either, but she's not used to it being a serious issue, and her human self seems to be rather darker-skinned than Ammy's is, so she doesn't have the feeling of impending sunburn to clue her in just yet.]
[Once she notices, she carefully steers their practice walk over to the shade of some nearby trees and pulls out her canteen. Mercifully, it seems to have plenty of water.]
Would you like a drink? It might help cool you down...
