CLOTHING ADVENTURES
Who: Anyone! Everyone!
What: Clothes were requested. Clothes are now granted.
When: morning of the 22nd initially
Where: meet me at the room that's literally filled to the brim with clothing in 15 minutes
Warnings: It's just clothes, what could possibly go wrong!
Notes: Everyone gets free clothes whether they participated in the actual request or not. CLOTHES FOR THE ENTIRE ISLAND.
There's a room in the Storyteller's temple; it was once empty, and now it's...not. It is, in fact, full of clothing of all sorts, to the point that it might be slightly difficult to find exactly what you're looking for.
Oh well. It's there now, no takebacks.

Pidge | OTA (will match format, etc.)
Here, though, neither of those things mattered. She'd already admitted the truth to the people that mattered, and they'd accepted her anyway. Except she'd only told them part of it, and that was why the flowers had won.
But now, being presented with an entire room of options is too good an opportunity to pass up. It was definitely time for a change. And so Pidge dove in (figuratively, at least) head first. Here, too, her height and figure were an advantage because she'd always been easy to size. In the end, she settled on a pair of knee-length khaki shorts that were only a size too large and a hoodie that was too amazing to pass up.
Feel free to offer fashion advice. Or other clothing.

Or so he's come to see. He'd arrived in the winter. He offers her a faint smile. "It's going to get pretty cold. Probably not as cold as the sun going out but, I think we lost our special chemist."
no subject
"I don't like the cold." But who did, honestly? "Wait. The sun went out? How does that even work?" How was that a thing?
no subject
"Before it gets too much colder we can seal up any areas inside and outside that need it." Keith folds his legs under him with the clear indication he won't move for a while. "We won't feel the cold as much when we're in our armor. If at all. I didn't feel it in Marmora gear."
no subject
"If there's a lot to do, we should make a list," she suggested. If nothing else, she's good with lists and keeping things organized. "That's good to know, but we probably can't just wear our armor indefinitely." Which is why it'd be smart to have warm clothes and boots.
"What about you? Did you find everything you needed?"
no subject
"I saw Lance. Seems like he can't talk right now. ...anything happen to you too?" He has to ask. He has to know how to support them. If he can. The problem of the islands is sometimes...all he can do is be at their side. It's difficult to accept. His eyes flash with obvious concern.
no subject
The mention of Lance got her attention, though. "Oh?" And of course he'd have to ask that. "I can't lie." There's no hesitation, which isn't terribly different than speaking to her under any other, normal circumstances. Only now she can only tell the truth. "To be more specific, I can only speak the truth and write the truth. I haven't tried to think something that isn't true yet, so I don't know if that's a thing or not." And that was probably more information than he was counting on, but there it is. "Go ahead. Ask me something."

Now he just looks like a young soldier off duty and considering a night out. “What I do need is yours and Hunk’s help in engineering a heating system for the cottage.” He hadn’t had Ember on the island. He’d let him fly freely on Enso. He whistles and a red and orange feathered bird sails into the temple singing a sweet song. The size of a large bird of prey, the Phoenix lands on his shoulder and he barely even shifts his weight. “This is Ember. He’s a Phoenix and we shelter him at night. In turn he keeps anyone near his fire pit warm. We can safely create something to distribute his sleeping heat evenly. Right?”
no subject
He does look different, though, and it's a welcome distraction. "A heating system?" That seemed pretty straightforward. "Hunk's the engineering genius, but I'll be glad to help out in any way I can." Her eyes go a bit wide at Ember's arrival, though she's more curious than afraid. "Like a straight up bursts into flame, re-emerges from his own ashes Phoenix? That's really cool!" If she didn't know Keith as well as she did, she might've wondered if he was just messing with her. But really, that's probably the coolest thing she's seen in a while. "And yea, we should be able to figure something out."
no subject
"We can figure something out. It's getting the supplies and probably a stone floor for the cottage. I have a lot of stories saved up I could trade in for it." Anything to help out the team. "We can check out the house and get a better feel for it later. Maybe enlist some help."
no subject
At the subject change, she grows serious again, and she nods. "Yea, we will. We're pretty smart." That's putting it mildly, but she has faith that the two of them will be able to figure this out. "That sounds like a plan. Who do you think is most likely to want to help?"
