Where: Ziziphus, those still on Ensō...and Mu

Then Know That My Life Was Just a Killer Dream
You can find most of the information you need in the OOC info post! In the meantime, feel free to use this log as a catch-all for your dream worlds, as well as detailing your efforts to free one another. Whether they're on Ziziphus or Ensō at the time of the dreams' capture, your character is free to access as many dreams as you like, as the interlocking mental landscape allows for that sort of crossing over apropos of nothing. And time, of course, is very fluid in dreams - many days, months, and years can transpire in a matter of mere minutes.

Will you fight your way free from Ziziphus's vines or Mu's thrall, or are you content to die in your sleep?

Remember to let us know if your character dies during this event!

Event Timeline

[Nice green color? She is on it. Chock full of an unnecessary level of determination given the minor task at hand, she quietly repeats Merle sent ya. She won't let this tiny man down. She's got this-200%. A fetch quest is a minor price to pay for the 24/7 protection of her treasures.

And so, she hurries back to whatever unfortunate soul is bartending. "Merle sent ya" "Oh, he sent you?" "No, he sent ya" and thankfully, because this is a perfect reality, her secret passcode is eventually accepted and she returns to him with the lime-arita in hand.]

It smells good. Is this your favorite drink? Does it make you happy?

I dunno if it's my favorite. It's hard to pick a favorite. There's so many drinks.

[He takes the lime-arita gratefully, with an appreciative and good-natured ruffling of her hair. He takes a sip, as he's since discarded his original Perfect Margarita. Since this is a perfect world, some faceless person picked it up to go discard or clean or whatever right away.

He finishes his initial taste test with a satisfied sigh.]

It does make me happy, though. Thanks, sis.

[Hair ruffles are the ultimate show of 'You Did Good' and so, she feels incredibly happy that she managed get this drink back to him in one piece. But, it's curious that he didn't want more than one. Her first thought upon seeing the huge variety of slushies was to collect them all.

Maybe Merle should do the same.]

You can find a favorite now. I'll get more special Merle drinks and you can try everything.

[Oh, that sounds like a bad idea actually. Perfect world doesn't need a sloppy drunk dwarf. Merle laughs.]

Slow down, now. I don't need any more just yet. You don't get to be as old as I am without trying a lot of different color drinks. Like. A lot.

[He takes a sip from the lime-arita.]

I don't think I have to have a favorite drink. I like to switch it up depending on how I'm feeling at the time. Now, my favorite type of drink is margaritas, but that doesn't mean I'm always in the mood for a margarita. You get me?

[No?? She doesn't?? Not fully. Like, playing with your favorite cat all the time? That's good. Talking to your favorite people? Great. Eating chocolate cake? Yes. One should always be in the mood to enjoy their favorite things.

But she's also like mentally five, so it's whatever. The point is he doesn't need anymore merlegaritas and she can lowkey understand the idea behind feelings and cravings. Sorta.]

If you're happy, that's a margarita feeling. And if you're sleepy, then you want to drink something else-I 'get you'.
