Its 4 sale OK
Who: Magnus, Ren, Seto, one or both Hustle Twins, + YOU
What: store post
When: April? It's a store, it's always
Where: The temple
Warnings: caveat emptor. caveat everybody.
It's time for another store post! Now with like MATH% more employees than ever before. It's Ren's turn to name the store, so the sign declares this venue "Spicy Treasures," with maybe some extra flourishes courtesy of Taako. Here are the warez. If it's simple/small it's probably in stock, but there's a list of more complicated/less in-demand stuff that can be special ordered.
In addition to the above stock list, with the advent of one Magnus Burnsides, you can request hand carved artisanal woodwares. Ducks, uhhh boxes, furniture maybe? Maybe you just want him to pick up some heavy things? Or hunt? Rent-a-Mags. Maybe if you ask nice you can hug Johann for free.
Any one (or more, if Taako can find a way to rope them into working so he can get some peace) of the above-listed losers might be on staff, so you gotta pick. As always it's all barter system all the time here at Spicy Treasures, good luck.

u gon get some twins
He kind of gets the idea of what she's aiming for with her recalled image? He didn't meet this colorful character, and that's not his apron, but a greeting's a greeting, even when it's dropped wholesale into one's brain and seems to contain his sister's name, in the same recalcitrantly hard to make out lettering one would struggle with in a dream. Sidenote, he doesn't love that especially, but that's not her fault.
"Well that's a neat party trick you got going on, there, that's a, uh, a new one for Taako, but I can work with it. Welcome to hell, hope you're enjoying your stay so far-- Shit, do I gotta think at you, or nah?"
2ime 4 2wins
"Holy shit, you're real!" Lup exclaims excitedly, and remembers to think her delighted surprise real hard in her direction. Man, the apron, that was just a random thought she'd had in that dream while writing down her name? The first thing with her name on it, the first thing that had been hers alone. Maybe a fond childhood memory is fitting for a call sign, actually.
"You gotta," turning to Taako, "you gotta think images and feelings at her, like--" she snorts at her own imminent joke, projecting an image of Taako with his wizard hat an even more comically exaggerated size than in real life. Nailed that introduction. If their identical appearance doesn't make it clear that they're siblings, the feeling of fond and merciless dragging should.

She's slowly getting used to how it is here, with the relative mental quiet and considerably harder to follow thoughts of people who flap their mouths a lot. So even if Taako's exact meaning is nearly impossible to follow, the overall sentiment of a middling greeting is clear enough.
Assuming it would make him feel better, she emanates a quiet, low-key feeling of happiness as she comes closer, starting to poke through the stuff they've been putting away, considering the idea of something like like netting. A spear is fine for one fish at a time, but with how many there are out there in that vast expanse of water... there's definitely a better way.

She seems nice enough? Generally friendly, and at least smiling is a common expression. Again, little unnerving that she's like. Doing that. Feeling things, but like, outwards. Though he guesses it's not incomparable to like, a quiet, cheerful hum, something you'd do in a store to generally convey good-will and a lack of threat. And hey, Lup certainly seems pretty psyched to see her, that's a good few points in her favor too.
Now she's pawing through the wares, and seems interested in a net maybe. He thinks something generally positive if clumsy, commending her choice, good addition to the island starter pack, sure. This is very weird.
"Hey how do--" he remembers to think the question: the apron, the hat, an image of her, what's her name, he supposes an image is enough but is it? "What's your name, how do we think it?"

"It was like, a circle and some, some gnarly looking insects she murdered?" She tries to explain what she can remember from the dream for Taako, before shutting up because hey, it's probably easier and politer to just let her buddy give her own name. "Kind of a mouthful." Since it's, you know, not meant to be said with a mouth. Boy, they're gonna have to do something about that, don't they.

Untangling and draping the net over her arm, she's definitely sold on a big fishing expedition, radiating appreciation and faint excitement. She's gonna catch so many fish. You don't even know. Or maybe you will, considering she sends the image of somewhere that's clearly not the islands here: a barren, desolate and rocky land as far as the eye can see -- contrasted immediately side by side with the sea and beach of tropical, green Enso, imagined with multitudes of fish jumping from the sea.

This is all so preoccupying, he doesn't even really pick up on whether or not she knows what capitalism is. Is she maybe being a little proprietary with that net? Counting her fish before they're catch'd? Is this like...a net on credit? None of these questions can quite surface through all the cool telepathic World Cultures Day vibes that are happening.
"So, you like fishing, huh?" That's a dumb question, and what he thinks is more nuanced by at least a little bit-- seems like these islands might be a nice place for her then, if she's from that barren place? Or was, was that some kind of telepathic metaphor, is that a thing? "I used to. Hey uh, what if we need to talk about you to someone who isn't telepathic?"
