Open Post! It's not my fault I swear!
Who: Terra and OPEN
What: Solo Searching, Scolding Sharks, Starting... uh ...fires..
When: 11/24
Where: Enso, A7, B7 and around the Beach near such
1) SCREW YOU, JAWS!
Technically she could have volunteered to go along to the new island, but of late, she's been feeling a little out of sorts. Not as badly as when she returned from her expedition, but certainly odd. It didn't help that her magic kept acting up lately, and she wasn't sure why that was - so better to separate herself from people so she wouldn't put anyone at risk, right?
As such, she's opted to go exploring on her own, a bit of pep in her step, hoping to find something useful to help out the rest of the inhabitants of the island. Unfortunately by the time she's walked as far out west as she could, she could find nothing useful at all. Nothing except more rocks, more unbearable sun, but fortunately, no ovoids or fusterclucks or anything similarly horrific to deal with.
But that heat was awful. So awful. All it took was one misstep, and with a startled yelp the poor half esper slipped off the cliff and into the cool, refreshing, shark infested water, getting a number scratches and cuts from the tumble. Wellll that's just perfect. Anyone who may have been passing by the area might have just heard that - by all means, help. She's not so hurt she can't help herself though - in fact, she does try to climb back up, but it's just a TINY bit too steep at one point, so she decided she'd risk the sharks and try to swim around to a more shallow area. She's not afraid of you Jaws, Super Jaws and MegaJaws! Bring it!Help ;o;Or come across her as she's coming out of the water~!
2) Where's Smokey the Bear when you need him?!
Eventually, a now semi-soaking wet Terra managed to make it out of the water, a little more tired, a bit stressed all over again, but alert (hey that water did wonders to beat the heat), crossing through the forest once again to collect the belongings she had set down before she fell into the water. She really should tend to her injuries, but eh, they were small and superficial and she wasn't really thinking about it.
She was more than halfway there when she realized something was terribly wrong, and she glanced down in alarm as she felt the magic in her start building up, demanding a release. Almost desperately she tried to hold it back - to no avail. Less than a minute later, flames were quickly starting to spread across the forest floor - not nearly as bad as it could be, but well, where there's smoke there's fire right? "Oh .. Oh no, stop stopstop..!" This is bad. Really bad. UM. UM. WELL There's at least water nearby, so it can be put under control quickly but...uh. I reiterate. HELP.Do we even HAVE a fire brigade?

She rubbed her neck a little, "It's not as bad here as it is on the eastern side, but still, I should have been more careful. This is the same type of terrain that those.." she narrowed her eyes a little. "Bug things were found there." And the fusterclucks. And the poison frogs. Thankfully none of those were in this part of the habitat though.
But that expedition was the last thing she wanted to remember, so she shook her head a bit, "I was lucky you were near enough to help me. Otherwise I would have had trouble getting to shore." Especially with the way her magic's been acting lately.

He took a moment to contemplate, looking at the water. Now and then a shadow would surface, and an intimidating dorsal fin broke the barrier of the water. "Do you think sharks are edible?"

At the question, she gave him a surprised glance. "A shark?" Well, a shark is just a big angry fish, right? "I don't see why it wouldn't be, why?"

The islets were seriously low on food. They needed to thing of something. Even normal fishing was becoming scarce he seemed to notice. It probably had to do with the flood and most of them dying when it resided. A shark could feed a lot of people.
Though if it was too big, there could be problems. He wasn't exactly an expert in shark butchering.
