CLOTHING ADVENTURES

Who: Anyone! Everyone!
What: Clothes were requested. Clothes are now granted.
When: morning of the 22nd initially
Where: meet me at the room that's literally filled to the brim with clothing in 15 minutes
Warnings: It's just clothes, what could possibly go wrong!
Notes: Everyone gets free clothes whether they participated in the actual request or not. CLOTHES FOR THE ENTIRE ISLAND.


There's a room in the Storyteller's temple; it was once empty, and now it's...not. It is, in fact, full of clothing of all sorts, to the point that it might be slightly difficult to find exactly what you're looking for.

Oh well. It's there now, no takebacks.

[ She giggles, quietly thrilled, and shakes her head, starting to fold up the few things she'd deemed acceptable. ]

I don't think that's how it works.

I don't either, but at least we know the rate of exchange now.

[Forty stories in exchange for...a mess of a shopping mall. Well, at least he's got something to wear besides his armor. He starts following suit, folding what clothes he's decided he's not morally opposed to down into neat squares.]

And we know how effective asking for specifics is too.

[ Still. Forty stories for...well, this looks like more than enough clothes for everyone on the island, even taking into account those that are so hideous they're pretty much unwearable. She stacks up her own findings into a neat pile, starts to turn, then stops and catches her breath as she spots a hat tossed carelessly aside on a pile of tank tops behind Wash. ]

Oh my god, Wash.

You're just finding all the best stuff today.

[It's even camo. Good god.]

Wear that, and no one will be able to figure out where you are. [Max out that stealth stat.]

[ Nice try. She reaches past him to snag the hat, holding it out to him confidently. ]

If he's not going to reach out to take the hat, she's going to just reach up and put it on his head. ]

[She sticks it on his head. He lets her. He adjusts it only slightly, pulling it down a little more snugly over what remains of his godawful helmet hair. He probably looks like an absolute tool.]
