CLOTHING ADVENTURES
Who: Anyone! Everyone!
What: Clothes were requested. Clothes are now granted.
When: morning of the 22nd initially
Where: meet me at the room that's literally filled to the brim with clothing in 15 minutes
Warnings: It's just clothes, what could possibly go wrong!
Notes: Everyone gets free clothes whether they participated in the actual request or not. CLOTHES FOR THE ENTIRE ISLAND.
There's a room in the Storyteller's temple; it was once empty, and now it's...not. It is, in fact, full of clothing of all sorts, to the point that it might be slightly difficult to find exactly what you're looking for.
Oh well. It's there now, no takebacks.

He taps his throat, before making a slashing gesture with his hand. Sorry, Nari. He had to pay the price of losing his velvet pipes.]

[Some rummaging in a small bag she carries, a notebook and pencil are held out to Lance.]
Why don't you borrow this then? Write down what you want to say. Oh, and ignore the notes about roombas and weaponizing pigeons. [No mention is made about the ripped out pages. There's plenty of paper still left to write on!]
no subject
Mostly he's holding emotional baggage.
He's thankful for the notebook and pen, even if he's curious about so much is gone. It's probably not his business, though.]
Thank you.
Why would you want to weaponize a pigeon, though?
no subject
Why not? My pigeon is smart, I'm sure she could have fought someone if I strapped a knife to her.
[There's a soft chirp in affirmation. Where it's coming from is anyone's guess.]
But I never got to test it out.
no subject
What if she decided to fight you?
[He's not going to bother looking. Knowing his luck, the pigeon is just invisible. That would seem about right for this place.]

[She pulls her shirt forward enough to put her hand in, and pulls out a galaxy patterned pigeon. The bird coos softly when she sees Lance. Hi!]
She's been my constant companion for over a year. So there's no reason she would fight me.
no subject
And she gets a wave! Hello, Kipsie.]
Friendly fire is still possible in a knife fight, but you're probably right that it wouldn't be on purpose.
no subject
Kipsie does a headbob as her wave, still cradled in her owners hand.]
True, very true. I've gotten lucky I've never been snagged like that, but I have accidentally hurt friends with what I can do. Then I get to be a proper medic and just fix them up.
no subject
He loves cute aliens.]
I'm usually the one getting hurt, but it's okay.
It's not the worst reason to know first aid, though.
no subject
Oh, no, I learned how to be a medic from my dad. He's a doctor and wanted at least one of his kids to carry on the family tradition.
