CLOTHING ADVENTURES
Who: Anyone! Everyone!
What: Clothes were requested. Clothes are now granted.
When: morning of the 22nd initially
Where: meet me at the room that's literally filled to the brim with clothing in 15 minutes
Warnings: It's just clothes, what could possibly go wrong!
Notes: Everyone gets free clothes whether they participated in the actual request or not. CLOTHES FOR THE ENTIRE ISLAND.
There's a room in the Storyteller's temple; it was once empty, and now it's...not. It is, in fact, full of clothing of all sorts, to the point that it might be slightly difficult to find exactly what you're looking for.
Oh well. It's there now, no takebacks.

[Also, uh, sort of uncomfortably familiar.]
They are a very pretty bird. Although, what is a "meme"? [nari, why]
no subject
[She's not but she can pretend!!!]
Kipsie is the greatest. And a meme is like an idea, style or behavior within a group of people. There's a lot more behind it, and people have done studies on it, but basically it's something that catches on and can go viral within a small group or worldwide. Like dabbing. Fuck dabbing, but that shit is a popular gesture for all sort of situations worldwide. Silly dances like Carameldansen, or pictures that get captioned are pretty popular. Like Loss.jpg is pretty popular to make into different comic or art formats.
no subject
.....oh, is it like "all of your bases are belong to us"?
no subject
[Congrats, Asgore! You know a meme!]
no subject
[Asgore frowns thoughtfully to himself for a second, then turns back to the clothes. Hark! A galaxy cat shirt!]
How do you like this one?
no subject
[Or embarrassed where she found it.]
Oh! Yes! That is a nice one, too. Looks about your size.
no subject
It's wonderful that there are clothes here which seem to be! In the last place I visited, it was very rare to find things in my size, that were not just my own belongings being returned to me. [He folds it and tucks it in with the others he's gotten.] But then, nearly everybody there was human.
no subject
[This place was better in size considerations.] At least not everyone here is human, which to me, is kind of a relief.
no subject
[Which is basically the nicest fucking way ever to say "it was a murdergame and the mastermind didn't give a shit if I had more than two shirts"]
Is that so? [How very Chara.] I suppose I am glad you are comfortable.
no subject
[There was creature comforts, plenty of them, yet that didn't stop the killings.]
I'm so used to being around folks that aren't human, or were once dead, that going back to a place full of just humans would feel wrong...
no subject
[That was kind of a lot all at once, and he is kinda thrown by it!]
I - well, I suppose I was not entirely used to being among humans, before the last place I visited...but it was no trouble.
no subject
[Just pretend you heard nothing about killing.]
I can tell you from having spent my entire life around them that if you find good ones, don't let them go.
no subject
[Possibly more deeply than he's going to launch into, because he too does not go around telling every damn person his murder story.]
I shall try not to. They say that time is frozen while we are here - so the people we have left behind will still be there when we return.
no subject
[It's unpleasant. She's accepted what happened, and doesn't need fixing.]
Oh. Well. People back home think I'm dead, so time stopping there doesn't matter to me.
no subject
[It happened, and that's that. It won't get any better - or any worse.
The rest of that, though...sort of hits home in an odd, unpleasant way.]
Not the people from the...alien mall?
no subject
[Like making family.]
Well, no, they're the exception. They'd miss me a lot, and I miss them. It makes me glad my girlfriend is here. I met her through that place. I met her before that, but space mall helped us get closer.
no subject
[And here, he supposes? But it's not at all the same thing.]
no subject
[She wants to visit other planets again! With Pyrrha!]
no subject
[Asgore: probably reconsidering the veracity of classic Star Trek now]
Are they very large?
no subject
[Variety, just like back on Earth when it came to ships and such.]
