Who: Jules Dagger Samari and Phyrra, plus OPEN
What: Exploring the new island
(A)
Wandering the new island was actually nice. It was quiet, and Jules liked quiet. The problem was, the place reminded him a little bit too much of the last island and what had happened there. Instead of simply enjoying the pleasantness of being out in nature, he was on high alert. A lot could be hiding in the dense trees. There wasn't a weapon in his hand, but more than one were within easy reach. If need be, he could have any variety of knifes or his Warsword out in a flash.
Jules caught the flash of movement out of the corner of his eye and ducked back against a tree. He hadn't seen any animals yet, and his instincts are screaming human. Or at least a sentient being of a similar species. While he was tempted to reach out with his Trisani abilities to determine whether this being was a threat or not, he held back for the moment. Invading other people's thoughts was never something he openly wanted to do if he could help it.
(B)
While this section of the island was mostly trees, there were portions that were covered in the typical flowers found throughout Umui. Since everything had been quiet so far, Jules decided to take a moment to think about his family. His girls would have loved the island's flowers.
Anyone who came nearby would find a rather odd sight. The huge Andarian was settled on the grass picking flowers and weaving them into a long strand. Despite such huge hands that shouldn't be able to do such delicate work, Jules was making the task look easy. The chain was long enough already to be dangling over this shoulder and down most of his back. From the looks of it, he wasn't stopping any time soon either.

This time, however, she had gone in alone. The island had already proved that there wasn't much in the way of a constant threat.
But that didn't mean she was traveling unprepared for a fight. She had a weapon on her back as she stepped through the trees, already wary of what might lay within... and already feeling like she was being watched.
"...Hello?" she stopped, looking into the shade with a frown. "There isn't anyone around, is there?"
Maybe she's just being ridiculous?

He stepped away from the trees, hands held slightly away from his sides to prove that he was not planning to harm her.
"Just me, mu tara."

"I'm... sorry?" Reflexively, she apologies, shaking her head of the initial surprise. "Who are you? Are you searching this area too?"

He keeps a wary eye on her until her hand is far away from her weapon. All Andarians know not to underestimate a female. In their culture females could be even more vicious than males. They were also more respected.
"I'm wandering around at least."
He carefully doesn't answer her question about who he is, but perhaps she won't notice.
apologies for the wait!
"I'm wandering as well... well, investigating, actually." She doesn't feel too scared to let that be known. Maybe he'll understand that she's prepared for a fight, if she came out on her own. "I..."
Hmm, maybe not say her name. Not yet.
"I was just thinking about the forest here. It reminds me of one back home."

"There are forests this thick where you are from?"
Andaria was much more urbanized, and the Tavali station didn't have much, if any, vegetation.

The trees Jules has had experience with either change colors or remain relatively green all the time. Not that he's an expert on trees or anything. Most of his knowledge of them focuses more on which ones are best for protecting him from the elements.

"But there are normal trees, of course. Like these." She pats one next to her. It's tall, and easily casts a shadow over the redhead. "At least, I hope they're normal."

"I'd put a hell of a lot of credits on the fact that they aren't normal."
He glares at the trees, which should have them shaking in their roots considering how good he is at glares before accounting for the glowing red eyes.
