"I'm fine. Barely hurts at this point." That part's entirely true. The damage to his throat doesn't seem to have been too bad, and, so far, he hasn't noticed any sign that the lack of oxygen caused any long-term damage.

He glances downward toward the sound, and smiles briefly despite himself. "...Thanks. Alright if I take that later?"
