[It is full on baby fights out here. Despite Beau being older and therefore a little bigger, it's becoming obvious that much of her experience is theoretical- her muscles are built from more graceful acts, and she hasn't yet learned how to use her speed to her advantage. So while she has ideas-- and from the kick, they're not always bad ones-- Shepard follows up quickly. The head hits her right in the chin and her jaw clenches with an audible crack as she stumbles backwards and tumbles into the ground. One hand is still holding some of Shepard's hair, but it seems Beau's more preoccupied with her mouth... and the trickle of blood that starts to run out one corner.
