It's fine, Five is currently too focused on his goal to bother stealing anything else, though he does file the fairly primitive nature of some of these weapons away for later. For now, he'll just drop everything next to the bag until he finds what he needs and immediately begins transfering the equations from his mind onto paper. Though he does give Tim a brief, measuring glance before returning to his work.
