The earthquakes have been a Thing, sure, but now things are starting to get a little alarming. Especially since Jester's sort of... gotten lost? The bad thing about an entirely new location cropping up and also having an extremely distractable disposition is: you get lost.

Thankfully, though, Jester's out of the way of the rockslide, but she sees a figure in the distance beneath the rocks and gasps in horror and starts running over, trying to keep her footing even as the earthquake is still finishing itself off. Aftershocks kick in and send her tripping over her feet, but she keeps getting back up. She knows she likely won't get there in time, but at least if they get hurt she can do something, probably. She's getting more used to which of her magic works and which doesn't these days.

As she catches up, though, it seems like they got away unscathed, but maybe... someone else didn't? Oh shit, it's that magic kid! Seeing him freaking out and frantically digging through the rubble has her start to sympathy-panic in response.

"Ahh! I'll get them out! It's okay!"

She digs into her bright pink leather haversack and pulls out... a fancy paint set. She starts frantically drawing a big, black circle in the rubble.
