There were very few people here that Jules knew well and cared about. Ignis was on that short list. Jules hadn't seen him though and hadn't had any idea he was incredibly sick. That said a lot if Prompto was using "really sick" to describe Ignis but not himself. Personally Jules thought Prompto was pretty bad.
