As for other gods... I've spoken to Balance and Imbalance before, when we first visited Monsun. They seemed pleasant enough, if a bit difficult to parse at times, but there didn't appear to be any other people living on their island. There was a civilization on another island called Ai'tuoh that apparently followed some sort of water god, but...

We never met their deity in person, so to speak, but they had an intensely restrictive list of rules, all of which demanded violators be punished by being 'purged in the Standing Water'. This involved being plunged into some sort of magical pool that would consume the victim and leave them trapped in some sort of perpetual stasis.
Given that their laws forbid, among other things, pockets, laughter, and hair colors that weren't on their approved list, we didn't manage to speak with them peacefully.
