[It takes Ammy a moment to really rouse herself, blinking the sleep from her eyes as she hears someone talking but doesn't really process the words being spoken. It's only when she's accidentally slapped by a colorful flipper that Ammy gathers her bearings and makes a snorting sound, lifting her head with a slight shake. Huh, wha--?!
Thumping her tail happily against the sand, Ammy smiles at her newest(? ish?) friend, then turns her head to the kaleidoshell - who is looking quite content as her back rises up just so and...plink! Ammy's ears perk up as a round, golf ball shaped egg plops gently into the dug out nest. One of many, surely, and the huge turtle exhales slowly before rising up again to produce yet another egg into her nest. The wolf's face pulls into a huge smile throughout, her gaze turning back to Kravitz as she leans her head against the gleaming shell of the large sea creature. The shell glows a gentle, pastel yellow as the turtle closes its eyes and exhales again, the low and muffled sound of eggs dropping into the nest drowned out by the rising tide.
Not quite hers, no...but she's grown fond of this lovely creature in so little time, and resolves herself to take care of it and its unborn babies until they're ready to hatch. Just doing her due diligence - she's never seen animals like this before on the islands. It'd be a shame if anything happened to them now.]
