"He wouldn't do that." Shion's voice was very defensive. That... It had been a difficult conversation, Rat deciding he was an imposter. He knew... He wouldn't have done it to decieve Shion and it wasn't a mistake. Even more so now that he knew, there had only ever been one person from every world.

He reached out to take Jaune's hand. Touch always calmed him and Jaune needed to calm, Shion understood all to well how it was to be overwhelmed, to not understand everything that you were being told.

As he continued, thanking Shion he reached out to take his other hand as well. "You aren't a ghost but if people want to remember the other you..." He breathed himself, pausing to consider his words. "Remembering if often for those left behind, it helps them and it's not that they think he's dead... It's just they miss him."

It was a lot to wrap his head round, Shion understood that. "I know it's difficult... I... I left my world three and a half years ago, perhaps more." There had been enough talk of suspended animation for him to worry that it had been longer, but three and a half years was roughly right. "So I've had a lot of time to get used to things... there is no magic or anything on my world... but I've accepted that it exists and... a lot of things that I thought were true and absolute are not."

He has every faith that Jaune will get used to it too.
