The more he spins, the stronger he'll become. That's the rule. But with a happy nod, her wiggly fingers reach towards him and she quietly accepts this Single Term. She'll give him breaks in between, but for now-

She's so happy to see him spin under her hand and it makes her laugh, overcome with delight. He looks incredible? What a great spinner. It's impressive and true to her word, she'll release him from this spinny hell when he says he's too dizzy.
