Mickey smiles a little - he hadn't meant to Gabe angry, but he did want Gabe to remember there are reasons to go on. Perhaps if Gabe focuses on these sorts of things, he'll find his smile and can stop being so stubborn over snowball fights and such. Mickey genuinely wants Gabe's happiness, after all.
