Y'could say that. Seems every four weeks or so more people show up, an' generally when they show up there's some sort of catastrophe happening. Whether that's intentional or not, I don't know.

[But it is something of a pattern. People show up, something terrible or confusing happens, and it repeats like clockwork.]
