Warnings:  Jullien is an asshole, especially when he's upset, which he is.  He lives to piss people off and will use any ammunition your character gives him to rip into them.  His character purposefully finds people's buttons and pushes them repeatedly.  There is basically nothing that is out of bounds in his mind and he tries to cause trouble.  PLEASE DO NOT TAG JULES IF THERE'S EVEN THE REMOTEST CHANCE YOU WILL BE UPSET BY HIM.
