Well, as I said, the interesting thing about Ramequin being the product of my magic is that I can summon them- call them forth from anywhere, and have them disappear again when I send them away.

But I wasn't willing to risk trying to summon them here at first, because I was worried that something might go wrong and hurt them, since we're in a different world that doesn't always seem to be friendly to other kinds of magic. Eventually, we'd been here long enough that I felt confident enough to try.

We were quite fortunate, it seems, because I called them out with no trouble at all.
